after the trip talk...

So my plan to blog while in Japan didn't work out. The internet was bad, my telephone didn't function properly and I was so tired every night. But I did try to remember what I did and experienced and I am going to post it now, after the trip, instead. I will maybe not write about all of them at the same time, I don't have the energy to, and I also need photos from my boyfriends camera so you can see all the wonderful things we experienced!

Tokyo - Day 0 and 1 (17-18 july 2013)

We started our trip 6 am in Katrineholm. We took the train to Arlanda, checked in our bags and started waiting. Around 12.20 the boarding began and M was really excited, he have not travel much. We changed plane in Helsinki, Finland. Of course I realized on the airport that I somewhere along the way lost my wallet. I had to phone back to Sweden and my mom and ask her to help me. I could transfer my money to M's account, so I still could use my money in Japan, while she helped me contact the bank and such.

After this, our first crisis, we finally could take the flight to Tokyo. We spent about 10 hours on the plane and beside the dinner we got after take-off and the breakfast before landing I spent my time trying to sleep beside M. It was never hard to fall asleep, I was so tired, but M couldn't sleep and woke me up all the time when he started to move.

When we finally arrived at Narita Airport I had gotten some sleep and could concentrate again. M was going strong on pure energy. We was a bit late to find our luggage (after toilet breaks right after landing) but a nice guard helped us find them where someone put them after picking them of the luggage conveyor belt. Something I have never seen in Sweden, here they just leave your luggage on the conveyor belt until you pick it up.

After that we went trough security and out in the main area of Narita airport. we took the stairs down and bought a Suica & Nex-pass, a combination pack with a Suica card (for the subway trains) and a Narita Express ticket (Nex). The next place we had to find was the Narita Express train, but this wasen't hard, the Airport had a lot of good signs and personal that really helped us along the way. On of the strongest memories from this part of the trip was the older man waiting at the ticket gate for the Nex platform. He was really nice and welcomed us to Japan in broken English and then he showed us how to use the ticket in the machine.

The train was also nice, clean and comfy, even if we didn't really understand how the security lock for the bags worked ^_^''' When the train started to move I found it hard to stay awake once again. But at the same time I didn't wast my time on sleeping when I got the first glimpses of Japan trough the window. I couldn't really believe that I really was here!

After an hour or so we arrived at Tokyo central and here we had to switch to subway. I am not going to bore you so I will only say that yes, the japanese subway system is really confusing at first but we were in luck and had found instructions on the hostels homepage beforehand and didn't meet so much trouble besides the change from the JR train to the ordinary subway. We also walked a bit around the neighbourhood before finding the hostel but after we found it we realized that it was so easy and close to the subway.

We got the key to our room an could leave our luggage there and then we went out again to explore our neighbourhood. We lived really close to the Asakusa shrine and we spent the rest of the day there. The shopping street right beside the shrine was a wonder and we couldn't really comprehend all the things that we was seeing. Yukatas and food and trees and temples and... All the things was so wonderful!

When it started to get late and we were to exhausted we went back to the hostel and bought bentos in 7eleven to eat before falling in bed.Oh, I forgot! I found one of my new favorites to drink: fanta melon!

two days left!

Today I woke up early and the first thought in my head was: It's only 2 days left! In two days we really starts our trip to Japan. We will be leaving 6 am on Wednesday to travel to Arlanda (the airport). Take-off is then planned 12.55. Then we will spend the following 13 hours flying and changing flights before landing in Narita. It will then be 8.55 in the morning japanese time (1.55 am in Sweden) and I hope that we at that point had the time to sleep on the plane ^_^'''

I also hope that my finacé still will be as happy as he can be. He sometimes have trouble to be still, and doing nothing for such a long time on the plane can make him really cranky (yes, like a baby!). I think we both have to try to sleep a lot on the plane, so that the times flies so to speak.

Today we are going to wash the last clothes we want to pack and tomorrow the luggage will be filled and ready. We also needs to clean and stuff here at home, like emptying the fridge and so on and hopefully I don't have to do it all on my own. Maybe I will also have time to meet upp with some of my friends and say goodbye to them.

I think I am going to miss Quinn the most when we are away. That cat is like my baby and splendid two weeks on the other side of the earth is going to make me miss her. She will be staying with M's mother and Quinzel's cat-brother. She is going to have a great time, getting fat on all the nice food and have somebody to play with all the time.  Hopefully her brother wont teach her stupid things so that she will miss-behave when she comes back home to us ^_^

It's time!

Yes, it is time to write again! Finally I have a lot to write about. Last week I visited my parents and had time to spend time with my grandma and sister as well. It was wonderful to meet them again <3I got to help my sister move and I went shopping with granny. I also spent a lot of time with the dogs and Bessie is so old now, you can really see it. It was nice meeting all of them but I was also happy to get back home, especially because I missed M so much!

This week was also my birthday and I celebrated a bit with my fiancé and his family, and of course I got money and flowers and stuff from my own family but we celebrated together before, when I was there. We tried to get our chocolate fountain working instead of making a cake, unfortunately it was a total flop. I got a bit sad because I turned one year older and nothing really wanted to work for me on that day, but I tried to just be happy for all the nice people I have in my life instead!

Yesterday I got together with some of my friends and celebrated again for both myself and for Sy, who is born the day before me. It was a given that we should celebrate together this year! I baked muffins and J helped me bake a red velvet cake. We also had dinner together before we got to eat all the sweet stuff and it was great. we played some Zatzy and Sy won! Then we tried the cake and it was wonderful! I got a lot of nice presents at well and the night was fantastic over-all. I really love spending time with nice people!

When it was time to end things I was really tired and I fell asleep as soon as i laid down in bed. Today I think we will start the last things before our Tokyo-trip, it is only four days away now and I am so looking forward to it! <3 We have to wash and clean and read and pack.. There is always more thing to do before a trip. I will get really stressed out but I think that as soon as I set foot on the plane everything will just flow away. I am not going to care about anything else than just having a great time in Tokyo!
(But I will really miss my Qunzel Princess here at home, I do really love my cat!)

Faith (AKA The great Doctor)

I have started to watch k-drama again! And the last serie I watched were Faith (AKA The Great Doctor) from 2012.

As you can see one of the stars are Lee Min-Ho, and he looks awesome! Real eye-candy there girls! I usually don't watch that much of historical dramas but I really liked this one. The story starts with two time-lines, the one that Choi Young (Lee Min-Ho) lives in (around 14th century I think) and the modern days were Yoo Eun-Soo (played by Kim Hee-Seon) lives. Choi Young is escorting the king Gongmin and his new wife to Goryeo (Korea) after have been held hostage in Yuan (China) for several years. But during the trip they get attacked and the Queen is hurt badly. No doctor in that time are skilled enough to save here and as a last resort the king sends Choi Young into a strange "door" in witch the story says that a legendary doctor went trough to heaven. Choi Young ends up in the present days and somehow finds a convention for plastic surgery, there he also finds Yoo Eun-Soo. He brings here back to the 14th century against her will and this is the start of her adventure in the historical world.

The drama is good even if 24 episodes is a bit of a stretch. I think it could be even better if it was shorten some, but it is still really nice with some really good actors.  The bad guys really gives you the chills and the protagonist feels really sympathetic. i really recommend the drama for people that likes a good story, nice acting and o course a gorgeous Le Min-Ho <3

E3 and stuff

We have spent a lot of this last week watching E3 videos and it have been a great show. The Xbox conference didn't really have a wow factor, a lot of the hype for Xbox was lost due to the critics they already got for there "always online" console as well as the focus on the media-part of the console in there pre-E3 stream. The games that they then talked about on E3 was mostly FPS-games that neither I nor my fiancé are interested in. A lot of the titles will also be coming out on PS4 so it didn't feel that exclusive.

Then you have the PS4 conference and I really liked that one. They really went all out and delivered not just good games but also meet up the questions about the machine itself that was born from the Xbox-hassle. They really did crush Microsoft in five minutes of the conference and they did it in such an awesome way. It was really well done and I can just applaud there bold move and total defeat of Xbox One.  They also had some really nice titles but I think the biggest one was Kingdom Hearts. My better half really cheered when they showed that one and said that his day was made!

Then we have Nintendo. I love Nintendo, they takes me back to my childhood. Unfortunately they didn't have a big conference but they had a live stream called Nintendo Direct instead. Unfortunately we had some trouble with the stream and had to go back to check some of the videos later on because of the lagg. the Super Mario 3D World looked nice and the Cat-Mario is awesome! The Donkey Kong was the really surprising game that Nintendo announced on E3, and I really agree with the thing someone said during the GT-talk about Nintendo (do not remember who) tropical freeze really sounds delicious ^___^ I am looking forward to the new Pokémon as well! Last we have the new Super Smash, with the Wii Fit Trainer... The game itself reminds a lot of the earlier one and I don't agree with a bit of the hate towards the Wii Fit Trainer, I think it was kind of fun even if I do not really like her that much. Of course they will have a lot more characters so I don't think we should really get that upset about her. Smash is always fun to play with others so I think it will be fully okay this time as well.

A thing I really missed from Nintendo was Zelda, I love the Zelda-games and got a bit disappointed when the only Zelda-game they talked about was the re-make of Wind Waker. I would like to hear something about the new game even if they don't have something to show yet!

Over all it have been some nice announcements and nothing really bad about E3. It is really nice to have the new generation to look forward to and I know that we will try a lot of the new games! The only big negative thing I have had in my head the whole E3 are  "where the heck is the girls??" Almost no girls are in the games! It is 2013 for f**k sakes, and I really want a bad-ass girl! There were almost no girls on-stage or in the productions videos as well and if there were they got to say "this game is fun" and not talk about the "real" stuff like grafics and story and feeling... There are a lot of cool girls out there that love games and could do a lot better than sitting in the booth in almost no cloths and luring the men towards them. They could really bring something. I get a bit sad when I have to miss them this much... You have to do better!!

So, that was my thoughts in the E3 so far. Now over to some things a bit different but still game-related: I have an awesome fiancé who just ordered a 3DS XL, he told me that when he gets the new one I will get his "old" 3DS. I am such a happy girl! I don't have money right now to buy on myself so that I will be able to get his is wonderful! unfortunately the thing is black and I think I want to decorate it a bit, I haven't decided yet if I will buy some stickers or if I should buy a skin... But that is something I have to think about! The best thing still is that I will be able to buy the new Pokémon when they comes!

Some new kpop-videos~

Resently there have been some new MVs that I would like to share.

EXO - Wolf
I dont know if I love or hate it, but I do know that the "ulf"-part really is catching ;)

CL - The baddest female

I don't know what I should say. It is nice seeing CL doing her own MV but... Somehow it is over the top. I don't like the video but the song have some nice parts.

Lee HyoRi - Bad Girls (dance vers.)

I like this bad girl-video more than CL, especially the dance version with english lyrics. The song is catching and the video have a measage that I like.

100% - Want U Back
I like the chorus in this one: Want u back girl!

B1A4 - What's Happening?
and finally some cute boys with a crazy video...

... some tihngs about my life and about E3

When you live with the worlds biggest gamer the time before E3 is kind of hyped and I am starting to feel it too. It is one of the time that I will be able to catch up to the gamingworld and sureley we will both be watching in the nights next week (yes, it is in the middle of the night in Sweden), especially when I finaly have done my last exam for this semester. Maybe we even will make it a party and find some snacks to eat while we at it.

Today I watched some videos on Gametrailers.com as a start-up and I especially liked the new video from The Final Bosman about Nintendo and how they are kind of forgotten for E3 this year. He had some really nice statistics and I think he is right. I am somewath bias towards Nintendo myself, I have played Nintendo sience I was small and it feels comfortable and safe, but I still think that they are worth more interest than they are getting right now.

On another note I can tell you that the job interview I wrote about last time didn't turn out good. Unfortunatly they wasn't able to hire me if I am in Japan two weeks in July. As I can understand. So now I have to use plan B and just enjoy the summer. I was joking with my fiance yesterday that I would be his housewife this summer, cooking and cleaning and shopping for him and make everything so much easeier for him. I think he liked the idea v(^∀^*) so that is what I will do. I will also be reading, watching drama, watching anime and hang out with my friends when they are free. it is going to be nice even if I will be short on money.I still have some savings I can use.

The most expencive parts of my summer will be the trip and my need for new clothes. My closset really need new additions, everything I got is so old and nothing fits well anymore, I have also realized that I have underwear that is older than our relationship ( I have been together with M for seven years in June)... So it is time to buy some new things... And for the trip I alredy have a special account and the planeticket are allready paid for.

It is going to be so much fun! I am so looking forward to this summer!! O(≧▽≦)O

Some sun in the darkness

My world have been kind of dark lately because I haven't gotten a job during the summer yet. I have really been so frustrated because I don't have enough money to survive this summer besides the money I have saved up for my trip to Japan. All the workplaces I have applied for have chosen someone else over me and a lot of them haven't even told me about it themselves. But today I got a call and I will have a job interview next week.

Even if I haven't gotten the job yet and I know that maybe it will be a problem that I am going to Japan for two weeks in the middle of the summer, I am still really happy that they at least are interested in me. I have a chance! If I get the job then... I will be really happy! Yes, I already have a B-plan for the summer, with money saved up that I can use. And yes, it would be nice to have a whole summer off and just be able to take it easy in the sun. But a job would be even better. I could make money instead of loosing them, I would have something to add to my CV and I would have something to do. I also have friends working in the same place and hopefully I will be working in the same department.

It isn't a glamorous job, I will be working in a chicken factory the whole summer, but it is still a job and I can promise that it is better than my last job as a on the phone customer service employee where I got yelled at all the time. So I am really hoping for this and even if I don't get the job I will see it as a good experience and still be happy that I at least got an interview! Wish me luck!

Japanese sweets I would like to try

a couple of days ago I made a blog post about some of the Japanese food I want to try during my trip in the summer. Now it is time for the sweets and snack-version of the list. Here goes:
Daifuku - I feel you have to try traditional japanese sweets in Japan
Dango
Kakigori, shaved ice. This looks wonderful, especially in the summertime
Taiyaki
Melonpan
Koala's March. I have tried the strawberry ones but chocolate is interesting
Umaibō
Pocky!
I have tried a lot of different kinds of Pocky in my life but I will try a
lot more! Like the panda and some dessert pocky I haven't had earlier...
Hi-chew
I have heard that these are popular. And I really like all the different flavors!
Yan yan
Green tea ice cream
Japanese crepes.
Crepes isn't Japanese but I have heard that they are wonderful!
Bubble tea.
I have had bubble tea before as well so my main focus is getting my BF to try it ^__^
Japanese kit kat.
In Sweden there is just one flavor so I have been longing to try some of the stranger ones in  Japan.
Now I have most certainly missed some really awesome things and I am sure that I will try even more while I am there. Hopefully I can take a lot of pictures during my trip and then post them here afterwords. Maybe I can write a little about my reaction trying them as well.

As you can see a lot of my money this summer is going to get spent on stuff in Tokyo, mostly on things you can eat and drink. Oh, yes! i haven't told you about stuff to drink (except the bubble tea) and the main reason is that I am not really sure what to try. Any suggestions  I know that they have different kinds of flavor on Fanta and stuff so I am going to try that. I also want to try some Japanese drinks... We have to see what I find! ʕ´•ᴥ•`ʔ

2PM - Comeback When You Hear This Song

I love this song! It makes me happy and hopeful even if the lyrics is kind of sad. I can also see myself walking a lot with this song in my ears, it gives me energy and I want to smile towards the sky. I somehow compare it to Big Bang's Blue because they makes me feel almost the same even if the songs is different.

I like the theme of the video and the wardrobe as well. The guys looks cool and... Swag! I am a bit tired of that word but I can't find another way to describe it. The voices is good and is a big part why I get this happy feeling I get watching it. Taecyeon and his rap *sign*... I can feel his voice in my stomach! Especially when he tells me he loves me! Kyaa~
(and no, I am not usually a big fangirl of any group...)

The adding of the seven deathly sins was also a lot of fun in the video, I found myself searching for them. They added something. Like the "greed company" and the picture with Envy on it that describes the feeling in the scene. Such a good touch!

I think the only thing I don't really like is the six guys one girl concept. I understand that You can find different stories in the video and that they maybe end up differently depending, but still.... It feels a bit wrong.

Japanese food I would like to try

Lately I have found myself googeling pictures of japanese food as a way to pass the time until our trip to Tokyo. I hope that my money are going to be enough because I want to try everything. Here's some sample of what I have found that I would like to try:

Udon (Kitsune Udon in the picture) is one of the noodles I want to try!
Then yo have Ramen, the skinnier noodle from China
Soba noodles, also a japanese noodle
Yakitori, grilled chicken
Tempura, deep fried seafood and veggies
Okonomiyaki
Gyoza, japanese dumplings
Gyudon, rice and beef, a kind of donburi ("bowl" or "bowl of rice").
It is said to be very cheap so maybe we will be eating a lot of this?
I really love Japanese curry and plan on buying a lot with me home <3
I make my own omurice at home but it would be good to try the real deal ^_^
Tonkatsu, deep fried pork, looks wonderful!
So these were some of the things I would like to try. Besides this I want to eat Korean BBQ, a lot of the stuff they have in konbini and a lot of sweets. Maybe I will make a new post about some of them? Do you have an suggestion about other things I should try? Please leave a comment! ʕ´•ᴥ•`ʔ

EDIT: I have a new post about Japanese sweets I would like to try

Hello cyberspace~!

Hello~! It's been a while! How are you, cyberspace?
Maybe you are wondering what I have been doing recently. well I have been studying hard, started to work out regularly and watched a lot of Naruto. It has taken a lot of my time and I haven't been doing much else, that's also why I haven't been writing here. But now I am back~

So besides all the things above I have also tried to concentrate a lot on the upcoming trip to Tokyo (on Wednesday it is 10 weeks left!) and have been studying what to do in Japan. I have also tried to lern some kana, but I think I have to wait until the end of this semster, I have to concentrate on my "real" studies right now.

Maybe you think, why care so much, it is over 10 weeks left?? But I have been looking forward to this for so long, it is a trip I have wanted to take for as long as I can remember. But maybe I have to wait and be patient a little bit longer ^_____^

Whit my recent researching on Japan I have gained a interest in jpop and j-fashion again and I have found myself searching fairy kei on google. I really want to buy everything an I even want to paint my own pair of fairy kei shoes. Unfortunatly my money aren't going to cover it because I haven't gotten any work over the summer yet and the trip is going to be expensive. But perhaps I will be able to do it after the summer when I start to get money again? In the mean time you can get inspired by these shoes:

Hopefully yours
Vea <3

PSY - Gentleman

It is hard for anyone to have missed that PSYs new video Gentlman is out. As his first video after Gangnam Style it has already got a lot of attention. The most usual though about it is that it is a catchy song and a funny video but not at all in the same class as Gangnam Style.

Gentleman have right now got almost 19000000 views and it is said that PSY now also got the "most views in one day on youtube"-record, a record that Justin Bieber earlier held even with the Gangnam hysteria.

So what is the fuss all about? A lot of people is talking about how the video and song is lacking the deeper meaning, that Gangnam is famous for. It is also a lot of voices out there who is sad that it isn't Gangnam once again. To the first group of people I can say that somehow I can find a deep meaning even in this song, even if it maybe isn't done in the same kind of way. To all those who is sad because it isn't a replica of Gangnam I also say; If you want Gangnam, watch the old video. You cant make the same thing twice, and if you tried it would be totally ruined. PSY have still a lot of the Gangnam Style references in the Gentleman-video so you should find stuff there that satisfies you.

So what do we really find in the video? If we shall start with the Gangnam-stuff you find a crazy PSY doing not so good stuff and at the same time makes you kind of like him. He spend times with this old people, having crazy clothes, doing crazy things (some really mean things) and at the same time have these hot girls surrounding him. You find once again a elevator in the video, this time it is Jae-Seok in his yellow suit that is in it, and by the look by it he really need to go to the bathroom. PSY also have one really famous kpop artist in the video dancing with him. This time it is Ga-In (or Gain) from Brown Eyed Girls and not HyunA from 4minute. Maybe best of all, you once again finds a silly dance to adapt. The dance is in fact taken from Brown Eyed Girls hit-song Abracadabra, well known for people that have  been interested in kpop for years. As you understand the video is packed with stuff and you have to watch it a couple of times to really understand and notice all of them.

So is this video really nothing more than a silly video, and is the lyrics really as blunt as they say? I think it is some different ways to think when it comes to it but first I want to really remind you all that even if the video doesn't have a meaning more than that PSY is a party-freak, he isn't the only one with empty lyrics and a fast beat, a lot of the songs in the radio doesn't have a deeper meaning at all.

If we still shall try to find something we have to lift the biggest thing about the lyrics thats up for discussion. It is the use of Mother Father Gentleman. Of course you can translate it as "I am a gentleman, you can let me meet your parents" but the worlds Mother Father is also used in Korea as a substitute for Motherf***er, something you cant openly sing about (or talk about on national television). If this is what PSY really mean with the chorus, then we have something to use. The meaning of the song suddenly is mor in the lines of "I am a bad boy who likes to party. You are so sexy. I can trick you and pretend to be a gentlman (who can met your parents) just to get what I want from you". I hope you understand what I mean?

This makes PSY seem like a really bad guy and some would argue that this is not the meaning of the song because it would ruin his reputation. I just wants to remind you how many songs there is out there about sex and using each other, who is really popular!  You should also remember PSYs way of doing things. In Gangnam Style he sung about being one of those hypocritical people from Gangnam that works hard on there image by day but party all night. This would only be another way for PSY to show the bad behaviour from an inside point of view.

I don't know if this is really the true meaning about the song and video, but it is interesting to speculate. What do you think? I myself is at least trying to not think to hard about it, I like the song, it is catchy, and I think that is enough. It is also fun that I kind of already know the dance to the video, I can stand up and dance right now! Here, I posted abracadabra for you who haven't already seen it. Be sure to check it out, it is really a classic!

On a side note I can tell you that I watched PSYs live stream of his Happening-consert in Seoul yesterday. That man knows how you keep the audience happy. You should really watch it if you have the time. He even got guest performances from 2ne1, Lee Hi and G-dragon and there were over 150000 watching over the live stream at the time.

Hopefully

They say that it is two different kinds of people that wants to become a teacher, the ones that was really good in school and those who had it really difficult. The last category wants to become teachers so that they can make it better for the new generation.

I don't really know witch category I belong to. I didn't have such a hard time with my studies even if I sometime was lazy an other times had to high ambitions. But at the same time some periods was really hard even if it had nothing to do with the school work... I guess there is also a group in between, people like me, that know that they maybe can help people as a teacher.  Hopefully...

B.A.P - One Shot

B.A.P, I missed you guys, but finally you are back with the right sound! No matter what I wrote last time, I really do love this side of you. Even after almost 10 days after the realeas I still like it as much. I havent had the time to write about it before now. Hopefully that is a good thing?

One Shot isn't my favourite B.A.P song but it is still really awesome. This is the way I like them to sound. One of my favorite things about the video is that it is like a short movie. It tells a story about these awesom men that sacrefices there safetly. they start out in the airplane hangar looking as cool as ever. They start dancing to the B.A.P's heavy beat with a lot of heavy movements in there hands and knees.

Then they changes location to the garage, where one of the members is hurt by a drive by and they get a video of Youngjae being held captured and  getting beaten. The other gang wants money for there prisoner. The members are realizing there bad situation and they starts planing something  with a lot of maps, cameras and weapons. Hopefully they will succeed in getting the money and save there lost member.

They attack a money truck and even if they hurt the guards they got the money for the ransom. Then it is time for the exchange, the money for the gang member. The other gang then shoots the prisoner instead of letting it go according to plan and the gangs start to fire there weapons at each other. They all falls one after another, coughing blood and loosing there life. They fire one final shot to kill the other gang leader.

And here you have two different endings: the first one results in every member being dead at the end and the other is a rewind version where Youngjae reveals being an undercover cop and that all the members getting arrested by the police. Either one of the endings is kind of bad for the members and some fans believes that the whole story is that you only have one shot at life, it is important to make the best out of it. So don't get involved with gangs my dears!

The story is really massive if you ask me, I really like videos where you can understand the big picture like this, not just get a lot of different settings without a story. the thing I finds a little disturbing is the breaks in the video where you hear the change in the music. It matches the video well but if you, like me, likes to play the videos on Youtube and at the same time doing a lot of other thing, just listening to it, you get a bit disturbed when the song just stops in the middle a couple of times. But hey, a music video is for watching not just listening so I know I have to live whit it. Besides that I don't really have anything more negative to say. It was a good video and a nice song. Keep up the good work!

Ni No Kuni

Finally I have been able to test the game. If you are wondering why I havent written i so long it is because I have only focusing on studying and gaming the last few days. Both takes a lot of my energy and time.

Maybe you allready know but I have been waiting for Ni No Kuni for a really long time now and now when I have it, it is as good as I hoped! I love how they really captured the ghibli-feeling in the game and how it is like playing a movie. The story is really moving along the usual story-structure of an anime movie. And the art is awesome! it is so nice and bright and detailed. It makes you happy just watching it.

I still haven't come very far in the game, even if I have played for 8-9 hours right now. Maybe I will make a new update when I can write more about the story?  Tell you all if I finds something I don't like with it or so?

Jaejoong - Mine

The first time I listened to Jaejoong's Mine I really started to remeber why I love Asian music. It got me thinking about jpop (even when it is a kpop song) and everything I loved about Jpop back in the day. The dark theme mashed up with a beautiful piano, the wonderful symbolic and the heavy feeling. I didn't expect this from Jaejoong (not from many Korean artists at all) and it was a wonderful surprise. It is like one of those awesome anime intros that you remember for the rest of your life, not just because it is a good song but also how it matches the story and your feelings. I think this is my favourite song this far in 2013!

I am not going to write more about this song here, a lot of other people have already done so, but I really wanted to share it with the people out there who haven't seen the video yet. Be sure to check it out!

Boyfriend - I YAH!

I realized that I haven't done a real post about Boyfriend, at least not since I started to write in English. Maybe it is time? I think so, especially when the opportunity arises with there new music video for I Yah

I took me almost a week after its release before I watched the video, mostly because I have had a lot of other things to do, but I liked it the first time watching it.

Maybe I have to turn back time a little and explain myself to you. The first times I got in contact with Boyfriend I didn't really like them that much. I Thought that they were just any other boy band out there with a couple of nice boys. Sure I heard there music but it wasn't more than that for me. But now I have started to realise how many of there songs I really frequently listening to. They are one of those bands that just creeps into your play-list and then they starts to take over the whole thing!

Another thing that I suddenly realised is how good they really are, they have only been active for two years and they sing and dances great! and judging by there new music video they also tries to not only be those cute boys but really step it up a bit!

So the video and music then. The song is really catchy, especially the chorus. I got the I Yah in my head for life now! The dance is also cool with kind of easy but nice moves that matches the song quite nicely. At least they look awesome doing it with little chest-rubbing and leg-flipping. And don't forget the out-calling with the hands. And the arm dance where they almost touches each other!! Gaah!! *overheating*... (Sorry, something is wrong with me today >___< )

The lyrics is also nice even if some of it maybe is not that easy to understand. When I read it I get the feeling that there is this love story and that somehow it is painful. My first thought was that the song is about growing up and be capable to catch love, or the interest of the girl at least. They both want the girl to do the work (if you can say it like that) by suddenly realise that the boy are there, but there is also talk about how the boy will get her attention himself. Catch her in his hands. The story is an easy one, how painful it may be, and it is the same old story of unreturned love. But the video grasp that concept with the cute girl in school and I have to be happy about that.

School huh? I understand the thought behind this as well. The band members aren't that old yet, yes the leader is born 89' but three of them are still 17, and they haven't been working for so long. School is a natural place for these young bands videos because it is appreciated by all even if I had hoped to see something different.  At least the band is on its way away from this pretty-boy-image, just look at the leather and studs in the dance-sections of the video, but then it is back to the school uniform in the story. I think these two clashes a bit with each other. Don't you? Maybe I have to accept it as it is and just be happy about the bad boy-feeling you get at the end when the boys grows up and is helping the girl. Standing up for her when she is in trouble, driving her home on there motorcycle... Yeah, I can appreciate that.

And then we have the whole all-members-and-one-girl-thing that I don't really know if I should comment or not. They did succeed with the story so it matches the lyrics but I still think that they could all be in love with different girls and still make it this good. Maybe even better. Different girls could have given the boys all a different story and could have matched with there personality's a bit more! but hey, that is my opinion and they made it work.

So finally, what did I think. It isn't my favourite song of the year but it is rather cool. I like the way it easy get stuck in your head and the way it will be easily remembered. So it is really good even if it isn't the best video ^__^
